Match the dialogues. I watched it and I can say that THE SHOW MUST GO ON is the best gangster film ever, largely because of its light-hearted take on the genre. Song Kang-ho is excellent as usual. His performance is an excellent one, and the best of him comes out in the climax. Oh Dal-su provides occasional comic relief, as does Song Kang-ho. The show must go on at Vancouver's Rio Theatre, but the show itself has changed. Instead of films, sports will be on the silver screen. John Hua reports on why the province says it supports the temporary switch. READ MORE: https://bit.ly/2XYrQkF.

TWO-HOUR DOCUMENTARY ‘THE SHOW MUST GO ON: THE QUEEN + ADAM LAMBERT STORY’ AIRS MONDAY, APRIL 29 (8:00 – 10:00 P.M. EDT), ON ABC
On the heels of Queen and Adam Lambert’s show-stopping opening performance at the Oscars® on Sunday, Feb. 24, Lincoln Square Productions has acquired the U.S. television rights to a documentary from Miracle Productions on the iconic band and their new regular frontman, Adam Lambert. Produced by Jim Beach and acclaimed writer and filmmaker Simon Lupton, “The Show Must Go On: The Queen + Adam Lambert Story” airs MONDAY, APRIL 29 (8:00–10:00 p.m. EDT), on The ABC Television Network, prior to Queen and Lambert’s already sold-out July/August 2019 U.S. Rhapsody tour.
With rare concert footage and exclusive, revealing portraits of the band members offstage, “The Show Must Go On” chronicles Queen and Lambert’s incredible journey since they first shared the stage together on “American Idol” in 2009. From his humble beginnings and meteoric rise on reality TV to now standing center stage as lead singer of Queen + Adam Lambert, the documentary features brand-new interviews with Lambert, his parents Leila and Eber, and Queen founding members Brian May and Roger Taylor, as well as Golden Globe® and Oscar® winner for Best Actor “Bohemian Rhapsody”’s Rami Malek, and Foo Fighters’ Taylor Hawkins.
Queen remain vanguards of rock in the 21st century. They scored their first No. 1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1980 and soared through that decade performing in stadiums, including their landmark 1985 performance at Live Aid which was seen by 3 billion people worldwide. Freddie Mercury died of AIDS in 1991, and a star-studded tribute concert the following year was thought to be the conclusion of Queen live.
“The Show Must Go On” simultaneously follows the ensuing 27 years. Lambert, starting at the age of 10, is beginning to come of age, discovers his love of music and finds a voice of his own while, across the pond, the surviving members of Queen see their songs remain staples with DJs, in clubs, in theatres around the globe with their hit musical, “We Will Rock You,” and in movies. Lambert and Queen intersected in spectacular fashion when Lambert first performs with the band, singing “We Are the Champions” as one of only two finalists on Season 8 of “American Idol.” The public reaction was remarkable and first seeded the idea that perhaps Lambert might become a permanent fixture in the Queen family. In 2012, Queen + Adam Lambert was born. To date, Queen + Adam Lambert have performed together in nearly 200 sold-out shows in arenas and stadiums across the world.
“The Show Must Go On: The Queen + Adam Lambert Story” is produced by Simon Lupton and Jim Beach for Miracle Productions, and Matt Lombardi is executive producer for Lincoln Square Productions.

The shows must go on…and on. After launching in April with seven Andrew Lloyd Webber productions, and later going on hiatus for two months, the YouTube channel The Shows Must Go On! has now resumed sharing free theater works every week.
In a change from previous months, each show now goes live on the channel on Monday at 7pm BST (2pm EDT, 4am AEST) and remains viewable for a full week afterward. In addition to its full-length videos, the channel features clips and behind-the-scenes footage. Links to charitable organisations are provided and donations are encouraged.

The YouTube channel, set up by Universal, streamed Andrew Lloyd Webber hits including ‘Cats’ and ‘The Phantom of the Opera’ throughout April and May. After that, The Shows Must Go On! turned its attention to live musical-theater productions that were aired in the US by NBC in the 2010s. Its November batch of offerings departs from the series's previous focus on musicals to shine light on works by William Shakespeare.
Asrock lan driver. Here is what’s up in November:
Monday November 2: 'Being Shakespeare'
Simon Callow ('Four Weddings and a Funeral') stars in Jonathan Bate’s solo show 'Being Shakespeare', which illustrates what we know about the Bard’s life with relevant passages from his work. “Shockingly little is known of Shakespeare’s biography, and scholar Jonathan Bate is careful not to make up any facts or interpret documents too freely,” wrote David Cote in his 2012 Time Out New York review. “Instead, he uses a restrained new-historicist approach and allows the warm, plummy-voiced Simon Callow to guide us from young Will’s pastoral boyhood in Stratford-upon-Avon to his brilliant career in London theater of the late 16th and early 17th centuries.”

Monday November 9: 'Richard II'
This week’s offering is a 1997 television recording of the always superb Fiona Shaw in the title role of 'Richard II', directed by her longtime collaborator Deborah Warner. Rarely seen in full productions, Shakespeare’s history play depicts the overthrow and eventual regicide of the last of the direct-line Plantagenet kings, a prickly man with a knack for making powerful enemies. While the plot is heavy on medieval politics, the writing contains some of the most beautiful verse that the Bard ever crafted. The supporting cast includes Graham Crowden, Richard Bremmer and David Lyon.

Monday November 16: 'Macbeth’
Sir Patrick Stewart, who has played noble leadership roles in both the 'Star Trek' and 'X-Men' film franchises, plays the not-so-great Scot in this spellbinding account of Shakespeare's 'Macbeth', in which a nobleman and his wife descend into a nightmare of disquiet after arranging the murder of their monarch. Rupert Goold directed the production, which ran in the West End in 2007 and on Broadway in 2008, and was filmed in 2009 (with most of the original cast) for the U.S. public-television series 'Great Performances'. In addition to Stewart, the cast includes Kate Fleetwood (as the red-handed Lady M) and Scott Handy, Michael Feast, Paul Shelley and Martin Turner. (Note: This stream is not available to viewers in the U.S., but American audiences can watch the film on the 'Great Performances' website for free.)
