Whereas driver education teaches the mechanics of car and road handling and state law, Alive at 25 focuses on behavior, judgment, decision making and consequences, and provides tools for making positive choices. Alive at 25 may be mandated by Court Order as an option to defer a court sentence, or may be mandated as part of a judgment and sentence. It's a highly interactive four-hour program that encourages young drivers ages 16-24 to take responsibility for their driving behavior.

Alive at 25 Driving Education Program
The Alive at 25 Driving Education course is a 4 ½ hour driver’s awareness course designed by the National Safety Council for young drivers ages 15-24. This class includes defensive driving classroom curriculum to gain awareness and develop strategies to keep safe on the road. National Association for Shoplifting Prevention
The National Association for Shoplifting Prevention is a non-profit organization whose mission is to raise public awareness about the harmful effects of shoplifting on youth, families, and communities. The NASP programs report a court-documented recidivism rate of less than 3% nationally. Drug and Alcohol Driving Awareness Program
The Drug and Alcohol Driving Awareness Program (DADAP) is a Texas state-approved online Drug and Alcohol Driving Awareness Program. You can locate class information and pricing on the main page of their website. Classes are available in Spanish.

Seasoned Driver Training Program: Online Defensive Driving (44100-1350)
This online program is interactive, with the goal of providing drivers with practical knowledge and techniques to avoid collisions and violations. You can go in and out of this program as often as needed. It will pick up from where you left off.
